Policy

All rates are per room, per night, and are subject to Massachusetts rooms tax of 11.7% for stays less than 90 days.

A 50% deposit is required for all stays. A credit card deposit will be charged to your card immediately on the day your reservation is taken. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. All reservation confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation. Fourteen (14) days advance notice of cancellation is required for a deposit refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover. Checks will only be accepted with prior approval from the management.

The inn is a NO smoking facility.  Please use designated outside areas. A $100 deep cleaning fee, per occurance will be assessed.

Check-in Time is 2:00 p.m. until closing; Check-out time is 11:00 a.m..
