Policy

All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Massachusetts rooms tax of 9.7%.

A 50% deposit is required for all stays. A credit card deposit will be charged to your card immediately on the day your reservation is taken. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. All reservation confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation. Ten (10) days advance notice of cancellation is required for a deposit refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than ten days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover.

The property is a NO smoking property.  A $200 deep cleaning fee, per occurance will be assessed.

Check-in Time is 2:00 p.m. until closing; Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.. The reception desk is open from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. in season and 9am-7pm after Labor Day.  If you will be arriving after closing, please let us know in advance so that we may make arrangements to leave you a key.
